I am Health and Wellness Writer, Certified Sleep Science Coach and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
I am also a former journalist, a published author and avid photographer. I’ve been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years and since the onset of the global pandemic, have dedicated myself fully to living a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
